They were very punctual and professional. When all of his service techs were out on service calls, Paul came out for our service call himself. Our kitchen electrical outlets were on the Fritz. Wow! Phenomenal service and honest work. I found this company after another electrician quoted me two thousand dollars to replace my ground wire and 4 GFCI switches (!!!). I paid less than a quarter of the price with Paul. He sent Joshua out two days after our initial phone call, and Joshua took care of all the work in the house. What a genuine company and I appreciate the care that Paul puts into his employees. When you call their number, you get the owner. That stands out to me. When I had a separate issue I forgot to mention during the initial call, the owner came out to fix the light underneath my stairs. Gave me a good price and I'm thankful for the service. Larry performed a repair on the can lights in my kitchen. I'm glad he did because apparently, the wires were loose and burning! He and Damien were very courteous and communicative. I appreciated little touches like asking if he could sweep up the little bit of drywall dust off my floor. Yes the fixed price of two hours plus trip charge may seem steep, but worth it for peace of mind/not having my house burn down and for supporting local businesses.

We cannot recommend Paul Richard Electric enough! We needed to replace our FPE breaker box so I did a quick Google search and Paul Richard Electric was close and highly rated. I gave them a call and spoke with Brandi and she got us all set up, it was quick and painless! Josh and Kobe came out early in the morning, they were very professional and did a great job replacing the box. We have a few other electrical projects needing to be done and we know who we will be calling! Highly recommend!

My mother had an electrical issue that could not be solved by other ("so-called") electricians at her home. Came to our home right away when our power was out on a Saturday night. There was a fire in our panel. Got parts and installed new panel first thing Sunday. Don't know how anyone could of done it any faster. When I checked later Price was less than others and was not charged weekend or overnight fees. Will call again with any electrical jobs.
